We have a 24-hour return notification period for damaged or faulty items, which means you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item.
All items are thoroughly inspected, tested, and confirmed to be in full working order prior to dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

- Clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging must be sent by email within this timeframe.
- Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Returns Authorization
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back to us.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
We do not refund original shipping costs for items returned due to change of mind or items no longer required.
Returned items must be:

- In original condition

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return authorization process outlined in this policy.
Condition of Returned Items

Restocking Fees

Refunds
